Uncommon first and only edition in book form of this first decree law on keeping registers of Muslim births and deaths in the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes including 27 articles, soon after it was published in "Službenim novinama” [i.e., Official Newspaper] no. 14.-II, dated January 20, 1928. Confirmed and signed by Drago S. Obradovic, Minister of Religion.
