Written in black and purple ink on moon and crescent watermarked paper. Signed by the land registry director of the Turkish National Estate Office in Habsamane. Wear on extremities, stains on paper. Otherwise, a fair copy.

A very rare manuscript historical document pertaining to the changing land boundaries of the Greeks in 1341 [1925] auction, who had received title deeds during the Despotic Era of Sultan Abdülhamid II. The document includes a petition to the Governorship of Ordu City, written by the former Greek owners of 120 households from Habsamane Town of the city. It is signed by the authorized person of the office of the register of deeds.
