First Ottoman Turkish edition of this abridged translation of the history of Russia covering the period 1725-1932, by 19th century French historian Seignobos, translated by Hamid Zübeyr [Kosay] indicated on the title page as “H. Z. of Russia”, who was a Jadidist Turkish archaeologist and ethnographer.
