Nos. 7-9.; 1928. Nos. 10, 12-17, and 19 (eight issues).; 1936. Nos. 80-81 (issued together as a single volume).

A very rare group of 19 issues (of 84(?) in Ottoman Turkish) of this Ottoman/Turkish medical journal, published by the Ministry of Health, focused on health legislation, disease control, and medical statistics. Issued on an irregular basis with no fixed publication schedule, the journal's complete run remains uncertain.

First issued in Istanbul in 1913 by the Directorate General of Public Health, then operating under the Ministry of the Interior, the journal (particularly in its early years) often devoted each issue to a single monographic topic (several such issues are represented in the present set, including the issue on "Istanbul'un vakif sulari" [i.e., Istanbul waqf waters]). From 1924 onward, publication continued in Ankara under the newly established Ministry of Health. Despite its frequent printing at different presses, the journal counted among its contributors prominent physicians such as Hulusi Behçet, Tarik Temel, Tevfik Salim Saglam, Resad Riza Kor, Neset Ömer Irdelp, Sükri Hazim Tiner, Bahri Ismet Temizer, Mehmed Kâmil Berk, Musa Kâzim, Wieting Pasha, and Osman Serafeddin Çelik.

Selected article titles published in the journal include:

"Alelumum eczâhâneler talimatnâmesi" [i.e., Regulations for Pharmacies in General],

"Istanbul vilayetinin 1331 senesi birinci üç aylik vefayât cedveli" [i.e., Mortality Table of Istanbul Province for the First Quarter of the Year 1331],

"Tedâbir-i tahaffuziye-i sahsiyye" [i.e., Personal Preventive Measures],
