A short manuscript letter to an unnamed friend, dated March 18, 1926, Istanbul. Celâl Sahir was a Turkish author, poet, politician, known as 'poet of the love and the women', one of four founders of the Turkish Language Society. He is the son of Fehime Nüzhet Hanim, one of the leading Turkish female poets, and the father of Berin Nadi, one of the owners of the Cumhuriyet newspaper.
